At ULTRA LUXURY MALDIVES Services, we are committed to providing accurate and up-to-date information on our website and in all promotional materials. The following Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions that form the basis of your agreement with us.
We kindly ask that you read these terms carefully, as they define both your rights and our responsibilities. By requesting a booking confirmation, we will assume that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
Maldives Peak & Low Season Overview
The Peak Season in the Maldives runs from 23 December to 09 January. During this period, resort rates are generally higher due to increased demand, and additional charges may apply—such as Christmas Gala Dinners and New Year’s Eve Celebrations, which are often mandatory and not included in standard packages.
As this is the busiest time of the year, we highly recommend booking your stay at least 90 days in advance to secure your preferred villa and avoid any disappointment.
In contrast, the Low Season typically falls between 16 May and 31 October, offering more competitive rates and a quieter island atmosphere.
Traveling with Children
Some resorts in the Maldives are more child-friendly than others, depending on their concept and the facilities they offer—such as Kids Clubs, children’s pools, babysitting services, and family villas.
Please note that overwater villas are generally not recommended for younger children due to safety concerns, and many resorts restrict bookings for families with young children in this category. However, exceptions can sometimes be made upon signing a disclaimer form provided by the resort.
To help us recommend the most suitable options, we kindly ask that you inform us of your children’s ages at the time of your booking request. Our dedicated Travel Consultants will be more than happy to assist you in selecting the best resort for your family’s needs.
Room Availability
Please be aware that room availability is subject to change and depends on the time your request is made. Rooms are not held or guaranteed until you receive a written confirmation from us. We recommend confirming your booking as soon as possible to secure your preferred accommodation.
Rates
All rates displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Please note that the prices shown are indicative estimates. Final rates may vary based on factors such as travel season, number of guests, villa category, meal plan, and other preferences.
Booking Process
Rates provided in your personalized quotation are typically valid for 7 days, unless mentioned otherwise. Once you confirm your preferred package, we will proceed with your reservation. Upon receiving your written confirmation, you will be issued a booking confirmation number, pro forma invoice, and payment receipt.
Please note that all bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A written booking confirmation will only be issued after your payment has been received and verified.
For last-minute bookings, we highly recommend using Visa or MasterCard to ensure immediate payment verification, as resort rooms may only be held for 12–24 hours, depending on the season and availability—details of which will be provided at the time of booking.
Payments made via American Express, telegraphic transfer, bank wire, or online banking may require 3–7 business days for verification by our finance team.
Upon arrival in the Maldives, our airport representative will provide you with the original resort voucher for check-in purposes.
Please note: We do not provide itemized cost breakdowns on our invoices.

Resort Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Standard check-out time: 12:00 noon (occasionally 11:00 AM)
Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be confirmed in advance, as they depend on the availability and transfer schedules of in-house guests on the day.
If you require a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, please inform us at the time of booking so we can arrange accordingly. Alternatively, you may request this directly at the resort upon arrival or on the day of departure—subject to availability.
Late Check-out Charges
- Use of villa/room until 18:00 (6:00 PM): 50% of the nightly room rate
- Use of villa/room after 18:00 (6:00 PM): 100% of the nightly room rate

Booking Amendments
All booking changes are subject to availability at the time of the request.
Please note:
- Amendments may affect transfer schedules, meet & greet services, and issued travel documents.
- Any additional charges resulting from changes will be borne by the guest.

· All transfers originate from/to Malé International Airport (MLE) unless private transfers are requested and confirmed in writing.
To organize your transfer, we require your international flight details at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Transfer Options in the Maldives
Private Transfers
Private speedboats or seaplanes are arranged exclusively for you—no waiting, no stopovers. These transfers are tailored to your arrival/departure schedule and may include refreshments on board. Ideal for convenience, privacy, and flexibility.
Combined Transfers
These are shared transfers provided by the resort and include other guests arriving or departing at similar times.
- Expect some waiting time for other passengers (from a few minutes to, occasionally, a few hours).
- You may also experience stopovers at other resort islands along the route.
- If you miss the scheduled transfer, a new transfer (possibly private) will be arranged at an additional cost.
Seaplane Transfers
A scenic and efficient way to reach your resort, offering stunning aerial views of the Maldivian atolls.
- Operates between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Capacity: Up to 15 passengers
- Flight time: 15 to 60 minutes
- May include multiple stops
- Luggage allowance: 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person
- Subject to weather conditions: In case of delays or cancellations, guests will be rebooked on the next available flight. Costs for overnight stays in Malé due to such events must be covered by the guest. Our consultants will gladly assist with hotel arrangements if needed.
Domestic Flight Transfers
Used for more remote resort islands, domestic flights are operated on larger, air-conditioned aircraft (16–75 seats).
- No fixed flight schedules; times are aligned with international arrivals/departures.
- Expect a 1–3 hour wait at the domestic terminal.
- Luggage allowance: 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person
- Delays may occur due to changes in international flight schedules. In the case of missed or canceled flights, guests will be rebooked on the next available option. Accommodation in Malé due to such delays is not covered by the resort.

Types of Payment
Please note that prepayment is required in order to process and confirm your booking. Once your payment has been successfully received and verified, our Finance Department will issue an official payment receipt. The available modes of payment are as follows:
- Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer):
All associated bank charges must be covered by the sender. Please allow 3 to 7 banking days for our Finance Department to verify the payment. - Visa/MasterCard Payment:
Payments made via Visa or MasterCard are verified immediately, allowing us to proceed with your booking right away. Unless otherwise specified, your personalized quote includes applicable card processing fees.
Arrival & Departure at the Airport
As per Maldivian government regulations, complete guest details are required by all resorts prior to check-in. To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, please provide the following upon booking:
- Full names and passport details of all travelers
- Arrival and departure flight details
- Notification of excess or oversized luggage so we can arrange a personal porter if needed
We offer pre-registration with the resort to minimize wait times upon arrival.
Booking Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the lead guest must immediately notify their dedicated Travel Consultant in writing, with a copy to [email protected], or call +960 777-0762 for urgent matters. For clarity and prompt handling, please include your Reservation Number and the word "Cancellation" in the subject line of your email.
Important Notes:
- Cancellations or amendments are not valid until confirmed in writing by us.
- Some higher villa categories may be subject to a special cancellation policy, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
- A formal cancellation confirmation and invoice will be issued within 7 days.
Cancellation Fees:
- A minimum administrative fee of USD 350 applies to all cancellations.
- Depending on your original payment method, additional bank charges or a 5% card processing fee may also apply.
